Transubstantiation - Experimental Short Film (2022)

Transubstantiation is an exploration of what happens when your memory of a place rubs up against the current reality of it. Changed, imperfect. It is also inspired by how the mundane can be transformed into something beautiful through the eyes of the beholder. And therefore through film and music. The montages of images evoke a feeling of watching memories play back in your mind. Music soars over images of a cluttered window sill and cows in a field, transforming them into something magical.
